La defectuosa comercialización de productos financieros entre clientes minoristas ha dado lugar a un alto volumen jurisprudencial en materia de contratación financiera. La recopilación y análisis realizados muestran la estricta interpretación que mantiene el Tribunal Supremo respecto al deber de información y el vicio del consentimiento por error.
The defective contracting process of financial products between financial institutions and non institutional customers has arisen a high volumen of jurisprudence. The compilation and analysis carried out show the strict interpretation made by Supreme Court of Spain to the information duty and the error as a defect in the formation of contracts.
