La regulación del lobby en España

El presente trabajo consiste en un análisis de la regulación de la actividad lobista desde la perspectiva de la Unión Europea y en la jurisdicción española.
El punto central del trabajo versará sobre el estudio de la evolución del marco legislativo europeo y español. Se estudiarán los motivos por los cuales es necesaria una regulación de la actividad lobista en España. También se estudiarán las normativas actuales, las propuestas legislativas planteadas para la regulación de la actividad lobista y las modificaciones que se han introducido para perfeccionar dichas normativas y propuestas en relación con las deficiencias que aún presentan.
Finalmente, se ofrecerán unas conclusiones donde se comentarán aquellos puntos que deberá tener en su consideración un marco legislativo sobre la materia lobista en España.

The present work consists in an analysis of the regulation of lobbying activity from the perspective of the European Union and in the Spanish jurisdiction.
The central point of the work will be on the study of the evolution of the European and Spanish legislative framework. The reasons why it is necessary to regulate the activity of the lobbyists in Spain will be studied. The current regulations, the proposed legislative proposals for the regulation of the lobbying activity and the modifications that have been introduced to improve these regulations and proposals in relation to the deficiencies that still exist will also be studied.
Finally, some conclusions will be offered where comments will be made on those points that a legislative framework on the subject of lobbying in Spain should have in its consideration.
