La inconstitucionalidad de la propuesta independista en Cataluña. ANÁLISIS JURÍDICO-CONSTITUCIONAL DEL PROCESO INDEPENDENTISTA
Propuesta de Reforma Constitucional

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objeto analizar los déficits del modelo territorial español así como realizar una propuesta de reforma constitucional. Para ello, acudiremos al ejemplo de la situación actual de Cataluña desde un punto de vista político y jurídico. El auge del independentismo, en esta región, ha sido fruto de los acontecimientos de los últimos años. Estos episodios no han llevado a una de las mayores crisis constitucionales y políticas de la historia. Los diferentes partidos no han sabido gestionar la situación y, por ello, a lo largo del trabajo abogo por un acercamiento político y una reforma constitucional encaminada a un modelo federal como respuesta a la coyuntura actual.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the deficits of the Spanish territorial model and also, to make a proposal for a constitutional reform. For this purpose, we will explain the example of the real situation of Catalonia from a political and legal point of view. The rise of the independence movement, in this region, has been the outcome of the recent years events. These episodes have led us to one of the most critical constitutional and political crisis. The different parties have not managed to deal with the situation and, therefore, throughout this paper I am ardently in favor of a political approach and a constitutional reform in response to the current situation.
