Innovación financiera y criptomoneda :
un paradójico conflicto de actores

Resumen
En la actualidad, los agentes financieros tradicionales se encuentran en un callejón sin salida para posicionarse en el mercado de los criptoactivos. De hecho, al estar excluidos de este sistema descentralizado, intentan o han intentado durante mucho tiempo desacreditarlo para reducir su expansión. Querer prohibir las criptodivisas, que aún no son monedas y que apenas empiezan a ser aceptadas legalmente, es ya reconocer su crecimiento en los últimos años entre los inversores (profesionales o no). En la abundante literatura sobre el tema, observamos en primer lugar que los argumentos expuestos son de importancia secundaria para lo que llamamos los actores tradicionales. A continuación, tratamos de identificar lo que parece ser la base de un posible conflicto de intereses, a nivel individual (I), empresarial (II) y estatal (III).

Today, traditional finance players are facing a dead end in terms of positioning themselves on the crypto assets market. Indeed, as the latter are excluded from this decentralised system, they are trying or have long tried to discredit it in order to reduce its expansion. To want to ban crypto-currencies, which are not yet currencies and which are only just beginning to be legally accepted, is already to recognise their growth in recent years among investors (professional or otherwise). In the abundant literature on the subject, we note first of all that the arguments put forward turn out to be second-rate for what we call traditional investors. We have then attempted to identify what would appear to be the foundations of a potential conflict of interest, at the individual (I), corporate (II) and state (III) levels.
