Implementación de Herramientas Lean en una Fábrica de Nueva Creación

En este proyecto se lleva a cabo un análisis en profundidad de los diferentes conceptos del Lean Manufacturing. Además, se estudian las diferentes herramientas con el fin de obtener un completo entendimiento del significado de la filosofía. Por otro lado, se aplica dicha filosofía al proceso de producción de una empresa con el fin de detectar las posibles mejores y adaptar las herramientas al proceso de la mejor forma posible.

In this project an in-depth analysis of the different concepts of Lean Manufacturing was carried out. The different tools are also analysed to obtain a complete understanding of the meaning of this philosophy. On the other hand, the Lean methodology is applied to the production process of the company in order to detect the possible improvements and adapt the tools in the best possible way.
