EVOLUCIÓN Y RENTABILIDAD DE LAS INVERSIONES ESG A TRAVÉS DE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN

Este trabajo de fin de grado analiza las inversiones ESG, desde su concepción hasta la actualidad, enfocado en los fondos de inversión. En primer lugar, se explicará el concepto de inversión ESG y su relevancia en la gestión de carteras. Además, se abordarán los diferentes tipos de fondos de inversión existentes, así como las medidas de rendimiento y riesgo más relevantes.

Por último, se llevará a cabo un análisis comparativo entre dos carteras de fondos de inversión, una con sesgo ESG y otra sin él, para determinar cuál hubiera sido la preferible para un inversor en los últimos años.

This undergraduate thesis analyzes ESG investments, from their conception to the present day, with a focus on mutual funds. First, the concept of ESG investment and its relevance in portfolio management will be explained. In addition, the different types of existing investment funds will be discussed, as well as the most relevant performance and risk measures.

Finally, a comparative analysis will be carried out between two investment fund portfolios, one with ESG bias and one without, to determine which would have been preferable for an investor in recent years.
