Estudio de la tuberculosis emergente, asociado a la inmigración y a las explotaciones ganaderas en Andalucía

La Tuberculosis es una enfermedad contagiosa que ha existido siempre a nivel mundial, y que ha supuesto y supone un gran problema para la salud pública.

Ha disminuido la prevalencia considerablemente con el paso de los años,pero con los recientes movimientos migratorios, elaumento de la incidencia zoonótica tuberculosis bovina y la aparición de cepas bacterianas multirresistentes a antibióticos, está existiendo un mayor descontrol por parte de los servicios sanitarios.

Por lo que este proyecto de investigación, pretende analizar y recoger datos de las zonas andaluzas, donde existe una importante actividad ganadera y un gran número de inmigrantes, examinando el manejo y conocimiento que tienen sobre esta enfermedad. Con el objetivo de orientar a los profesionales sanitarios y veterinarios, en el abordaje de este problema emergente

Tuberculosis is a contagious disease that exists worldwide and has always supposed a big problema for the public health.

The prevalence of Tuberculosis has considerably decrease in the last years. However, with the recen! high migratory movement, the increase in the incidence of zoonotic bovine Tuberculosis and the emergence of multidrug and antibiotic-resistant bacteria! strains has caused the health care system to control it.

The investigational Project aims to study, analyze and gather the data of multiple locations in Andalucía with an importan!cattle raising activity and with a high population of inmigrants with the purpose of knowing their way of controlling this disease and basic knowledge of Tuberculosis. With these results the objetive is to orientate the actions of the health care professionals and veterinaries to control this emerging problem
