Emprendimiento- Social : generación de autoempleo

En el trabajo de investigación que se presenta a continuación, se analiza detalladamente
el concepto de emprendimiento social y los mecanismos de que dispone para la creación
de autoempleo. Es decir, de qué manera pueden contribuir las empresas sociales en la
búsqueda de herramientas para generar puestos de trabajo. La importancia de este tema
reside en que, con las inaceptables tasas de desempleo que ostenta este país, la
contribución que se puede realizar para terminar con este problema a través de un poco
de solidaridad y participación proactiva de la sociedad es enorme. Por ello, se trata de
concienciar a emprendedores y empresarios de que impulsar iniciativas de este tipo está
al alcance de todos y de que cualquier ayuda es necesaria para devolver la dignidad a
muchas personas. Para corroborar estas afirmaciones se ha revisado la literatura
presente, alineando los conceptos clave de este trabajo: emprendimiento social y
autoempleo. Los resultados alcanzados al final del proyecto, se analizan a través de un
caso real en el que se confirma lo que hemos venido mencionando. Y es que dichos
conceptos clave están íntimamente relacionados y que, por tanto, para poder repartir
solidaridad entre todos, no se requiere pensar qué es lo que puede aportar el resto, sino
lo que uno mismo puede hacer por ellos con un poco de iniciativa.

In the research presented below it is analyzed in detail the concept of social
entrepreneurship and the mechanisms available for creating self-employment. That is,
how social enterprises can help in the search for tools to generate jobs. The importance
of this issue is that, with unacceptable levels of unemployment that holds this country,
the contribution that can be done to end with this problem through a bit of solidarity and
the proactive participation of the society, is enormous. Therefore, that entrepreneurs and
business men would have to be aware that supporting initiatives of this type is available
to everybody and any help is needed to give dignity back to many people. So that, to
corroborate these claims it has been needed to reviewed the current literature, aligning
the key concepts of this work: social entrepreneurship and self-employment. The results
achieved at the end of the project, have been analyzed through a real case where it is
confirmed what we have been mentioning. And what we found, is that these key
concepts are closely related and, therefore, to share solidarity to everybody, it is not
about thinking how the rest of the people can contribute, but what you can do for others
with a little of initiative.
