Elaboración del plan estratégico del Departamento de tecnoologías de la Información de la empresa FCC, SA.

El siguiente trabajo de fin de grado, consiste en el desarrollo de un plan estratégico del departamento de sistemas y tecnologías de la información del grupo FCC, donde se fijarán los puntos que se quieren alcanzar en un futuro para poder trabajar de la manera mas eficiente, tanto desde la corporación como desde las unidades de negocio prestando servicio de manera interna a los demás departamentos del grupo FCC. Para poder conseguir esto, en primer lugar, se debe conocer perfectamente el entorno en el que trabaja el grupo, su funcionamiento, y sus características peculiares que le hacen funcionar de una manera inusual como empresa. Para conseguir los objetivos establecidos, se fijarán tres medidas importantes a implementar: Un modelo orientado a servicios y centralizado, evolucionando del modelo de procesos ya implementado, el modelo RACI para roles y responsabilidades, y el estudio milimétrico de las métricas del departamento, para poder analizar los puntos fuertes y débiles y tener claros los puntos de mejora. Una vez implementadas dichas medidas, se establecerán las áreas dentro del departamento donde se implementarán dichas mejoras, y se hará un análisis exhaustivo de la forma en la que se implementarán dichas mejoras.

The TFG project consists on developing a strategic plan for the FCC group's information technology and systems department, where the points to be achieved in the future will be set in order to work in the most efficient way, both from the corporation and from the business units, providing internal service to the other departments of the FCC group. In order to achieve this, first of all, you must know perfectly the environment in which the group works, its operation, and its peculiar characteristics that make it work in an unusual way as a company. To achieve the established objectives, three important measures will be implemented : A service-oriented and centralized model, evolving from the already implemented process model, the RACI model for roles and responsibilities, and the millimeter study of the department's metrics, in order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses and be clear about the improvement points. Once these measures are implemented, the areas within the department where said improvements will be implemented will be established, and an exhaustive analysis will be made of the way in which the improvements will be implemented within the FCC group.
