Climatización de un hotel en Madrid

La finalidad de este proyecto es la climatización de un Hotel localizado en la provincia
de Madrid con el objetivo de que todas las instalaciones se ajusten a las condiciones
técnicas y cumplan todas las normativas pertinentes para un buen funcionamiento
durante todo el año.

El edificio cuenta con 11 plantas sobre rasante y un sótano destinado al almacenamiento
de instalaciones y maquinaria. Se ha llevado a cabo el estudio y diseño de la superficie
sobre rasante del edificio que está fundamentalmente destinada al uso de habitaciones
del hotel además de zonas comunes, recepción y salas de reuniones.

Para ello, se realizarán los cálculos necesarios para obtener la descripción del sistema de
climatización correspondiente para este clima, mediante el cálculo de las cargas del
edificio, conductos y potencias del sistema. De esta forma, quedarán definidas las necesidades de la instalación de forma que se puedan seleccionar los equipos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento de la misma.

Haciendo uso de los catálogos de los distintos proveedores, se presupuestará el coste total de la puesta en marcha de la instalación.

Finalmente, se expondrán todos los detalles del proyecto y de los equipos así como la representación gráfica de la instalación mediante planos.

The goal of the present project is to design the air conditioning and ventilation system of a
current building located in the city of Madrid making it useful for all of the year.
For that reason, several calculations will be carried out in order to obtain the measures and
the requirements of the system.

The building has 11 floors. Ten of them are above ground floors and the basement is used
as a storage unit. The above ground area has both common areas and hotel rooms and
meeting rooms.

The property must be able to provide comfort for both summer and winter temperatures. For that reason the designed system has two coolers and a heat system. This equipment will be located in the rooftop of the building and the treated water will be distributed by the use of a 4 tube system pipe circuit. Two of the pipes belong to the cooling system and the remaining two to the heating system. The mentioned water will be transported to each of the Fan Coils of the building. Being the property a hotel, each room will have his own Fan Coil in order to provide different temperatures for different rooms at the same time.

After obtaining the pipe system, we will design the ventilation system. The ventilation
system will have the dimensions required by the current laws and authorities depending on
the occupation of each area as well as the air quality demanded again, by each of the rooms.

Finally, an economic study of the cost of the project will be carried out. The details of the
calculations are described in the project.
