Burbuja inmobiliaria española y nuevas formas de inversión en el sector

El presente trabajo analiza la burbuja inmobiliaria en España a través de diferentes
indicadores analíticos para dar respuesta a la hipótesis planteada: ¿Ha finalizado la
burbuja inmobiliaria en España?, cuestión a la que se debe responder con una
afirmación positiva. Además, se estudiará otra hipótesis: ¿Se han creado nuevas formas
de inversión en el Sector Inmobiliario?, segunda interrogación planteada a la que se
responderá nuevamente de manera afirmativa a través del análisis de las SOCIMIS y sus
inversiones en estos últimos años en el sector inmobiliario español.

This paper analyzes the real estate bubble in Spain through different analytical
indicators to address the hypothesis, has the real estate bubble been completed in Spain?
to be answered with a positive affirmation. It shall further consider if new forms of
investment in the Real State Sector were created? Second hypothesis address, which has
to be answered in an affirmative way, by the SOCIMIs and their investments in the
recent years in the Spanish real estate sector.
