Análisis, diagnóstico y propuestas de mejora de la enseñanza universitaria

El presente proyecto persigue analizar el modelo universitario educativo español en contraposición con los empleados por las culturas nórdicas y asiáticas, así como por los planteados por los diferentes métodos de educación alternativa además de un innovador pilar como es la Neurociencia. Una vez analizado el estado de la cuestión se realizará un diagnóstico sobre la efectividad del sistema actual concluyendo en unas recomendaciones propias basadas en cada capítulo y la elaboración de un listado de propuestas concretas que pudieran mejorar la enseñanza de la Universidad. Terminando así con una recopilación de información sobre la visión que tienen alumnos y profesores sobre el listado de propuestas a través de encuestas, focus group, etc..

La educación es la industria que menos ha evolucionado en los últimos años. Sin embargo, hay avances punteros en automoción, informática, energías,… pero seguimos dando clases igual que hace 100 años. Por ello sospecho que hay muchas cosas nuevas que se pueden hacer. En este proyecto se va a dar voz a numerosos estudiantes y profesores que viven la enseñanza día a día. Además de recoger los avances causados por la pandemia y dar una continuidad a todos los cambios realizados. Por otra parte, la educación es un pilar fundamental en la sociedad y como cada vez hay más formas de enseñar, esta Universidad tiene que analizarse así misma para poder seguir a la altura y formar a los mejores estudiantes. Y como estudiante que soy, me encantaría que todo lo que se va a exponer en este TFG sirva de precedente para una renovación integral y así poder ayudar futuras generaciones y en definitiva seguir avanzando. Y no hay mejor forma de autocriticarse y por lo tanto mejorar, que investigar al resto que están siendo reconocidas y así fijarnos en los métodos que desempeñan para poder aplicarlos en la medida de nuestras posibilidades.

This project aims to analyze the Spanish university educational model in contrast to those used by the Nordic and Asian cultures, as well as those proposed by the different methods of alternative education in addition to an innovative pillar such as Neuroscience. Once the state of the question has been analyzed, a diagnosis of the effectiveness of the current system will be made, concluding with recommendations based on each chapter and the elaboration of a list of concrete proposals that could improve the teaching of the University. This will end with a compilation of information on the vision of students and teachers on the list of proposals through surveys, focus groups, etc..

Education is the industry that has evolved the least in recent years. However, there are cutting-edge advances in automotive, IT, energy,... but we are still teaching the same classes as we did 100 years ago. Therefore, I suspect that there are many new things that can be done. This project will give voice to many students and teachers who live teaching day by day. In addition, it will take up the advances caused by the pandemic and give continuity to all the changes that have been made. On the other hand, education is a fundamental pillar in society and as there are more and more ways to teach, this University has to analyze itself to be able to keep up and train the best students. And as a student myself, I would love that everything that is going to be exposed in this TFG serves as a precedent for a comprehensive renewal and thus be able to help future generations and ultimately move forward. And there is no better way to self-criticize and therefore improve, than to investigate the rest that are being recognized and thus look at the methods they perform in order to be able to apply them to the extent of our possibilities.
