Análisis del funcionamiento del sistema de control de iluminación domótico de un complejo de oficinas

El presente proyecto se planteó para estudiar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de control de la iluminación que gobiernas las luminarias de la nueva sede de la empresa, así como determinar medidas para aumentar tanto el ahorro energético como el ahorro económico. Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis de consumo de los datos procedentes del alumbrado del complejo, estudiando por separado y mes a mes los datos del edificio y del parking. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido identificar tanto consumos anómalos puntuales en días concretos, como patrones de consumo poco eficientes durante periodos determinados de tiempo. Gracias a la visión global que ha proporcionado este análisis, se han propuesto diferentes medidas para corregir estas situaciones y, de esta manera, conseguir un mayor ahorro tanto energético como económico. Finalmente, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis económico para determinar la cuantía monetaria que resultaría de un hipotético ahorro procedente de aplicar las mencionadas propuestas, llegando a unas conclusiones muy optimistas, puesto que el resultado del ahorro ha sido de un 44% sobre el total gastado. Se han cumplido satisfactoriamente todos los objetivos propuestos al principio del proyecto, e incluso se ha localizado y subsanado un fallo existente en el programa de análisis energético de la empresa.

The present project was proposed to study the correct performance of the illumination control system that governs the luminaries of the new headquarters of the company, as well as to propose measures to increase both the energetic savings and the economic savings. To do so, an analysis on the consumption data from the lighting of the complex has been conducted, studying separately and month by month the building area illumination and the garage area illumination. The results obtained have allowed to identify both anomalous discrete consumptions from specific days and consumption patterns that are not efficient during specific periods of time. Thanks to the global vision given by this analysis, we have proposed different measures to correct these situations and, this way, achieve greater savings, both energetic and economic. Finally, an economic analysis has been made to establish the resulting monetary quantity from hypothetical savings coming from the application of the cited measures, obtaining very optimistic conclusions, since the resulting savings represent the 44% of the total of the money spent by the company. All the objectives set at the beginning have being satisfactory fulfilled, and a bug has been localized and fixed in the company´s energetic analysis tool.
