Telemedicina: ética y responsabilidad

En España, la actual pandemia por la COVID-19 ha puesto de manifiesto que en una crisis sanitaria como la vivida, el derecho sanitario adquiere un papel absolutamente esencial. Pero igualmente, que resulta un momento idóneo para modernizarnos y actualizarnos normativamente e ir dando respuesta a todas las lagunas legales existentes que puedan plantearse en un escenario como el actual, como es el caso de la telemedicina.
