Responsabilidad relacionada con la navegación aérea

Este trabajo trata de mostrar la evolución y la adaptación de la normativa reguladora de la aviación internacional a los tiempos modernos. Contiene un análisis de la misma hasta la creación del Convenio de Montreal de 1999. Además, también cuenta con algunos de los casos más importantes en España.

The main goal of this paper is to show the evolution and the way the legislation in charge of regulating the international aviation has molded into the modern times. Not only it includes an analysis of this legislation up until the Montreal Convention but also an analysis of various spanish cases.
