Proyecto para la Climatización de la “Casa de la Cultura” de Alcobendas

El proyecto a realizar como trabajo fin de máster tiene por objetivo la climatización de la casa de la cultura de Alcobendas. Este edificio público del municipio de Alcobendas se compone de un total de tres plantas a climatizar. Un bajo rasante y dos sobre rasante, siendo la primera de estas la planta semisótano y las dos siguientes la planta baja y planta primera, respectivamente.
A grandes rasgos el Edificio está compuesto por varias estancias entre las que destacan talleres, salas de estudios y salas de exposiciones. Adicionalmente, el Edificio cuenta con un salón de actos con capacidad para 382 personas.
El primer de los pasos a llevar a cabo será definir las condiciones interiores que se quieren conseguir en el Edificio de acuerdo al Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas de los Edificios (RITE).
Una vez establecidas las condiciones interiores de las estancias a climatizar, y conocidas las condiciones exteriores para cada época del año, el primer paso es obtener el caudal de ventilación necesario de cada una de las estancias a climatizar de acuerdo a las normas establecidas en el RITE.
Posteriormente una vez conocido el aire exterior que habrá que impulsar, se procederá a calcular las cargas térmicas en los escenarios más desfavorables a lo largo del año.
Habiendo obtenido las cargas a las que tendrá que hacer frente el sistema que se diseñe, el siguiente paso será dimensionar la instalación que se seleccionará como resultado del proyecto.
Adicionalmente, se han plasmado los circuitos diseñados de la instalación, junto con la elaboración del pliego de condiciones del proyecto.
Para finalizar el proyecto se ha llevado a cabo una estimación del presupuesto que conllevaría la ejecución del proyecto. Este se ha estimado en una cifra que ronda los 300.000 €.

The aim of the project to be carried out as master's degree project is the air conditioning of the Alcobendas culture house. This public building of the municipality of Alcobendas is composed of a total of three floors to be heated. A low ground and two above ground, being the first of these the semi-basement floor and the next two the ground floor and the first floor, respectively.
Broadly speaking, the building is composed of several rooms, including workshops, study rooms and exhibition halls. Additionally, the building has a function room with capacity for 382 people.
The first of the steps to be carried out will be to define the interior conditions that are to be achieved in the Building according to the Regulation of Thermal Installations of Buildings (RITE).
Once established the interior conditions of the rooms to be heated, and known the external conditions for each time of year, the first step is to obtain the necessary ventilation flow of each of the rooms to be heated according to the standards established in the RITE .
Later, once the outside air is known, it will be necessary to calculate the thermal loads in the most unfavorable scenarios throughout the year.
Having obtained the loads that will have to deal with the system that is designed, the next step will be to size the installation that will be selected as a result of the project.
Additionally, the designed circuits of the installation have been included, together with the elaboration of the specifications of the project.
To finalize the project, an estimation of the budget that would entail the execution of the project has been carried out. This has been estimated at a figure of around € 300,000
