La propiedad horizontal y la comunidad de bienes, aun teniendo semejanzas, son figuras jurídicas distintas. En este trabajo, voy a tratar de analizar en qué se parecen y en qué se distinguen, y la plasmación de estas realidades jurídicas en la actualidad.
Se trata, por tanto, de analizar detenidamente las semejanzas y diferencias jurídicas entre la propiedad horizontal y la comunidad de bienes siguiendo el índice, recogiendo las nuevas figuras que la cambiante sociedad está reflejando en nuestros días, como son los condominios turísticos o la extensa oferta de viviendas turísticas que anuncia Internet.
Horizontal property and the community of goods, although having similarities, are different legal entities. In this work, I will try to analyze how they are similar and different, and the embodiment of these legal realities at present.
It is, therefore, to analyze carefully the similarities and legal differences between horizontal property and the community of goods following the index, collecting the new figures that the changing society is reflecting in our days, such as tourist condos or the extensive offer of tourist homes advertising the Internet.
