Plan de negocios de Up4equity

El presente trabajo consiste en el plan de negocios de una consultora, Up4equity, centrada en la ayuda para la búsqueda de financiación a empresas de nueva creación (startups) a cambio de un 5% de su equity y un 5% de la financiación real conseguida. Una idea que surge a raíz de un problema real identificado: elevado índice de mortandad que presentan las startups a causa de problemas de financiación. Up4equity se presenta pues como la solución al problema planteado y en el siguiente trabajo se expondrán todas aquellas partes que van a constituir el plan de negocios de la empresa que queremos crear.

The following report consists of a business plan. The business plan of a consulting firm, Up4equity. This consulting firm will be dedicated to searching for financing aid for startups on behalf of 5% of their equity and 5% of the financing achieved. This idea comes from the need of developing a solution as to help all those startups which are incapable of surviving because of the financial difficulties they must confront in their early stages. Up4equity presents itself at the solution for this important issue. Therefore, in the following report, we will proceed to outline the business plan of the company we are willing to develop.
