The author starts from his experience of accompanying young people in their processes of growth in faith and outlines some essential features that characterise the believing profile of many of them within the originality of each person and their experience of faith. The experience of the closeness of God, the path of growth closely linked to the day-to-day and the progressive awareness of faith, the community experience in which to live, share and celebrate faith, the lucidity of their identity in the plural reality we inhabit, personal accompaniment and discernment, are some of the accents that would define a mature and significant believing profile today.
