El funcionamiento de un medio de comunicación visto desde dentro es, sin duda lo que hace de este trabajo algo distinto.
Los objetivos de este artículo son: Abordar la manera en la que los periodistas se han insertado en el mercado laboral así como las situaciones que les han llevado a escribir sobre el inmigrante dentro de las redacciones en las que trabajan.
Esta observación muestra las motivaciones del periodista, así como su itinerario vital y profesional para contextualizar y comprender la manera en la que comenzó a tener contacto con el fenómeno migratorio. Descubrir la forma en la que el periodista llega a dedicarse a la descripción, entre otras, del inmigrante.

The objectives of this article are: To address the way in which journalists have inserted themselves in the labor market as well as the situations that have led them to write about the immigrant within the newsrooms in which they work.
This observation shows the motivation of the journalist, as well as his vital and professional itinerary to contextualize and understand the way in which he began to have contact with the migratory phenomenon. Discover the way in which the journalist gets to dedicate himself to the description, among others, of the immigrant.
