Nuevas orientaciones en el ejercicio de la patria potestad

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objeto de investigación las nuevas orientaciones de la patria potestad en el Derecho español, con un particular énfasis en la la facultad de representación de los progenitores en el ámbito sanitario y las posibilidades de ejercicio de la patria potestad en casos de crisis matrimoniales. Mediante un inicial análisis teórico de la ordenación de la patria potestad en el Código Civil, así como de las más recientes y relevantes innovaciones normativas aplicables al mismo, se procederá a estudiar cómo la patria potestad ha experimentado, en los últimos años, nuevos caminos en estos dos específicos aspectos.

The present End-of-Degree Project has the aim of conducting a thorough analysis of the new guidances of parental responsibility in Spanish Law, making a particular emphasis on the faculty of representation of the parents in the sanitary sphere, as well as on the possibilities of exercising the parental responsibility in marital crisis. First of all, a deep study of the regulation of parental responsibility in the Spanish Civil Code will be provided. Moreover, the most recent and innovative changes experienced by the Civil Code will be analyzed. Finally, we will proceed to investigate how parental responsibility has experienced, in recent years, new transformations in the frameworks mentioned.
