Liderazgo y gestión internacional

El presente trabajo sobre el Liderazgo cuenta con cuatro objetivos principales: resumir los principales conocimientos sobre en qué consiste el Liderazgo; identificar qué tipo de demandas presenta el mundo actual; entender el Liderazgo Adaptativo y razonar por qué se considera el más adecuado; y aplicar el entendimiento de todo lo anterior mediante el ejemplo de cinco importantes compañías. Estos objetivos se alcanzarán mediante artículos, libros y otro tipo de información pública para, una vez adquiridos los conocimientos sobre el liderazgo, analizar qué estilo/s de liderazgo, de los estudiados previamente, presentan los CEOs de Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Microsoft y Facebook.

The following study about Leadership has four main objectives: learning what is Leadership about; realizing the demands of our changing world; understanding what Adaptive Leadership consists of as well as comprehending why it is considered the most convenient style of leadership nowadays in many situations; and, last but not least, applying all the Leadership knowledge above with the example of five important companies. These objectives will be achieved through different articles, books and other public information with the final aim of analizing what kind of leadership styles present the CEOs of the following companies: Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Microsoft and Facebook.
