La repudiación de la herencia

La repudiación a la herencia ha aumentado notablemente en los últimos años con motivo de la crisis económica. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los aspectos más importantes de la repudiación, examinando aquellas cuestiones que, por ausencia de regulación o poca precisión en el Código Civil, causan problemas de interpretación.

In recent years, the relinquishment of inheritance has increased considerably due to the economic crisis. The aim of this paper is to analyze the most important aspects of the relinquishment. We will consider the issues that could cause problems of interpretation because of lack of clarity in the Civil Code.
