La nueva era financiera: BLOCKCHAIN, SMART CONTRACTS & DEFI

En este trabajo se tratará la revolución financiera de un ecosistema digital como es el mundo Blockchain y sus derivados. Se tratarán tres grandes bloques, Blockchain, Smart Contracts y Descentalized Finance (DeFi). Con el punto de mira puesto en la transformación financiera que supone la alianza de finanzas y tecnología (FinTech). Es una tecnología en desarrollo y creo firmemente que el mundo académico demanda una mayor investigación sobre el tema elegido. Desde el sector privado y público se puede apreciar un interés por el desarrollo de Blockchain y el impacto desde un punto de vista legislativo, financiero y social. Además, unido a mi gran interés por el sector ya que trabajo en Tech Strategy. Se desarrollará este trabajo orientado a que cualquier persona pueda entender sin necesidad de grandes conocimientos tecnológicos como funciona Blockchain, así como los Smart Contracts y DeFi. Aumentando los tecnicismos según avance el trabajo.

This paper will deal with the financial revolution of a digital ecosystem such as the Blockchain world and its derivatives. Three main blocks will be discussed: Blockchain, Smart Contracts and Descentalized Finance (DeFi). With a focus on the financial transformation that involves the alliance of finance and technology (FinTech). It is a developing technology and I strongly believe that the academic world demands further research on the chosen topic. From the private and public sector, one can see an interest in the development of Blockchain and the impact from a legislative, financial and social point of view. In addition, coupled with my great interest in the sector as I work in Tech Strategy and it is the future of this sector as many others. This work will be developed so that anyone can understand without great technological knowledge how Blockchain works, as well as Smart Contracts and DeFi. Increasing the technicalities as the work progresses.
