La intersección Psicoanálisis y Derecho como puente sobre aguas turbulentas

La cura a través de la palabra ("talking cure"), que remite a la acepción más genuinamente psicoanalítica en tanto que concepción terapéutica, por un lado, y la propia idea de orden, más exactamente de ordenamiento jurídico, que, con pretensión objetiva, se refiere al Derecho, por otro, protagonizan la intersección aludida en el título. Se plantea, así, si lo singular del Psicoanálisis, tan señaladamente subjetivo, tiene algo que ver con lo general del Derecho, tan pretendidamente objetivo, y viceversa.
