La importancia del clima laboral y de su medida en el mundo

El objetivo de este trabajo es explicar qué es el clima laboral y la importancia que puede tener para las empresas, encontrando, asimismo, las claves para su adecuada medición. Además, se explica cómo se relaciona el clima social con el bienestar de los empleados y el rendimiento de la empresa. Se detalla también, el procedimiento para realizar un cuestionario cuantitativo exponiendo las limitaciones y mejoras que suele presentar una encuesta. Para ello, el trabajo incluye un análisis de dos encuestas de clima que permite entender cómo medir el clima laboral de una empresa.

The objective of this work is to explain what the working climate is and the importance it can have for companies, finding, as well, the keys for its adequate measurement. It also explains how the social climate relates to the well-being of employees and the performance of the company. It also details the procedure for carrying out a quantitative questionnaire, explaining the limitations and improvements that a survey usually presents. To this end, the work includes an analysis of two climate surveys that allow us to understand how to measure a company's work climate.
