El artículo analiza con detenimiento el desarrollo en cuatro países de la legislación sobre la eutanasia y el suicidio asistido: Holanda, Bélgica, Suiza y Estados Unidos. Luego hace una reflexión sobre la situación española y los distintos actores implicados para describir con claridad la situación política actual en este tema y los principales intereses y agentes en juego.
The article takes a detailed look at the development of legislation on euthanasia and assisted suicide in four countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and the United States. He then reflects on the Spanish situation and the different actors involved to clearly describe the current political situation on this issue and the main interests and agents at stake.
