Resumen
Análisis del dimensionamiento y diseño de baterías de Ion-litio para incrementar la calidad de servicio en zonas aisladas, bajo consideraciones tecno-económicas.
Firstly, the legislative vision of batteries in the distribution grid is still in its early stages, as there is still a lot of legislation to be drafted in this field. Currently, the distribution grid cannot use these resources for economic benefit, i.e., to reduce consumption peaks. The batteries can be used to solve local problems of overloads, overvoltages, undervoltages, reactive power control and to improve the quality of supply (QoS). More and more regulatory measures are being taken in this regard and, in the not-too-distant future, the distribution grid will certainly make more efficient use of these batteries.
In this document is presented a study that has been carried out to find the optimal solution to improve the QoS in a line, located in the mountains of Castilla - La Mancha. Since the construction of new lines is unfeasible due to the geographical complexity of the area and the crossing of protected areas, a battery is the optimal solution. For the analysis, 4 locations for properly dimensioned batteries resulting in 5 different cases have been considered and compared.
