Implantación de ERP en ingeniería

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal la implantación de un sistema ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) en Elytt Energy. La finalidad de este proyecto es poder contar con un sistema de gestión empresarial en el cual se almacene toda la información de la empresa en una misma base de datos. De esta manera, se mejora la comunicación entre los departamentos, el acceso a la información y se elimina la duplicidad de tareas. Otro objetivo fundamental del proyecto es poder disponer de un módulo de previsiones de Cashflow que tenga en cuenta todos los posibles gastos e ingresos, y que, a medida que se obtengan las facturas, el sistema se actualice con datos reales. Con ello lo que se busca es poder disponer de una herramienta que permita comparar la situación económica prevista y la situación real.

Para llevar a cabo la implantación, primeramente, se analizan las necesidades de cada uno de los departamentos. A continuación, se solicita oferta a diferentes proveedores para obtener el mejor presupuesto, teniendo en cuenta la funcionalidad del ERP y el alcance económico. Por último, juntos con el proveedor seleccionado, se definen los módulos que van a ser implantados y las modificaciones necesarias para poder comenzar la fase de implementación.

El sistema ERP permite tener acceso a diferentes KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) para conocer la situación real de Elytt Energy, con el fin de mejorar la productividad de la empresa a través de la optimización de sus recursos y procesos.

The main objective of this project is the implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system at Elytt Energy. The purpose of this project is to have a business management system in which all the company's information is stored in the same database.In this way, communication between departments and access to information is improved and duplication of tasks is eliminated. Another fundamental objective of the project is to have a Cashflow forecast module that takes into account all possible expenses and incomes, and that, as invoices are obtained, the system is updated with real data. With this, the aim is to have a tool that allows the comparison of the expected economic situation and the real situation.

To carry out the implementation, first, the needs of each of the departments are analyzed. Then, different suppliers are asked for a quotation in order to obtain the best possible budget, taking into account the functionality of the ERP and the economic scope. Finally, together with the selected supplier, the modules to be implemented and the necessary modifications are defined in order to start the implementation phase.

The ERP system allows access to different KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to know the real situation of Elytt Energy, in order to improve the productivity of the company through the optimization of its resources and processes.
