El artículo estudia la vinculación entre las propuestas del Sínodo de la Familia y la reforma procesal de los procesos canónicos de nulidad matrimonial introducida por Mitis Iudex, prestando especial atención la dimensión pastoral de la reforma procesal, y al contenido y aplicación de la investigación prejudicial introducida por el motu proprio.
The article studies the link between the proposals of the Synod of the Family and the legal reform of the process to declare the nullity of marriage introduced by Mitis Iudex. It focuses especially on the pastoral dimension of the procedural reform and on the content and application of the preliminary investigation introduced by the motu proprio.
