Grúa hospitalaria para el traslado de pacientes

Este Proyecto de Fin de Grado tiene como motivación ayudar a aquellas personas que padecen discapacidad motriz proponiendo una alternativa mejorada y novedosa en el campo de las grúas hospitalarias.
Primero, se ha realizado un estudio sobre la propiedad industrial y las diferentes formas que existen de protegerla.
Seguidamente, se ha realizado el análisis del Estado de la técnica, estudiando las publicaciones de patentes existentes en la clasificación de grúas hospitalarias. Se han estudiado los datos más relevantes de las patentes publicadas para identificar los problemas que tratan de resolver estas invenciones y las soluciones que proponen. Después de este análisis se ha decidido enfocar el proyecto en solventar la problemática relacionada con la ergonomía del asistente.
Tras haber seleccionado el problema a resolver, se ha el desarrollo del nuevo diseño mediante el método TRIZ.
El diseño cuenta con una base móvil, un mástil y un brazo de elevación accionado mediante un gato hidráulico. La invención se caracteriza principalmente por permitir tres movimientos relativos: la subida y bajada del brazo de elevación, el desplazamiento longitudinal del mástil a lo largo de las patas de la base de la estructura, y la rotación de la sección superior del mástil respecto de la sección inferior.
Con el diseño conceptual desarrollado, se ha seguido con en análisis dimensional del dispositivo para comprobar su viabilidad estructural.
Una vez verificada la viabilidad dimensional del diseño, se ha redactado el documento del modelo de utilidad para presentar la solicitud en la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM) y obtener los derechos exclusivos sobre la invención. El modelo de utilidad se ha presentado el día 27 de junio de 2018, con el título de Grúa hospitalaria para el traslado de pacientes con obteniendo el número de solicitud U201800385.

This End of Degree Project is motivated to help those people with motor disabilities by proposing an improved and novel alternative in the field of hospital cranes.
First, a study has been made on industrial property and the different ways in which it is protected.
Next, the analysis of the state of the technique has been carried out, studying the publications of existing patents in the classification of hospital cranes. The most relevant data of the published patents have been studied to identify the problems that these inventions try to solve and the solutions they propose. After this analysis, it was decided to focus the project on solving the problems related to the ergonomics of the assistant.
After having selected the problem to solve, the development of the new design has been carried out using the TRIZ method.
The design has a mobile base, a mast and a lifting arm operated by a hydraulic jack. The invention is characterized mainly by allowing three relative movements: the raising and lowering of the lifting arm, the longitudinal movement of the mast along the legs of the base of the structure, and the rotation of the upper section of the mast with respect to the lower section.
With the conceptual design developed, it has been followed with the dimensional analysis of the device to check its structural viability.
Once the dimensional feasibility of the design has been verified, the utility model document has been drafted to present the application in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and obtain exclusive rights over the invention. The utility model was presented on June 27, 2018, with the title of Crane hospital for the transfer of patients with obtaining the application number U201800385.
