Resumen
El objeto de estudio del presente trabajo es la exposición del marco normativo regulador de las medidas de protección a menores dentro de nuestro ordenamiento. Especialmente se analizan los derechos inherentes a la infancia consagrados en la legislación internacional y estatal y su tratamiento en la normativa administrativa española. Mediante el presente trabajo se pretende exponer la presente legislación administrativa española en materia de menores en contraste con el análisis de la normativa internacional y estatal al respecto.
The focus of this study is the exposition of the regulatory framework regarding minors in the Spanish legal system. This paper focalizes on the minor´s rights regarded through international standards and its relation to the Spanish Public Administration. In a nutshell, this research project aims to analyze the current Spanish public administration legal system regarding minors’ rights and its implications.
