El GUUAM: Iniciativa Regional Norteamericana en Asia Central

El artículo que se presenta a continuación, tiene dos partes que deseo estén claramente diferenciadas. La primera, descriptiva, debe dar al lector una visión general del objeto de estudio, el GUUAM. Aquí se tratará de detallar la organización en sí, atendiendo especialmente a su fundación, sus miembros, las principales reuniones y las más importantes declaraciones. En la segunda parte, la analítico-prescriptiva, se tratará de analizar por qué los hechos se han producido de esa forma y no de otra, y cuál es el verdadero juego de intereses en la región, buscando la relación entre los principales procesos de integración de la zona, GUUAM, CEI y Organización de Cooperación de Shangai.

The article presented below , has two parts I want to be clearly differentiated . The first , descriptive , you should give the reader an overview of the subject matter , the GUUAM . Here we will try to detail the organization itself , with special attention to its founding members, major meetings and the most important statements . In the second part , the analytical and prescriptive , it will attempt to analyze why events have occurred that way and not another , and what is the real game of interests in the region , looking at the relationship between the main processes of integration area , GUUAM , CIS and Shanghai Cooperation Organization .
