Efectos jurídicos y análisis de la nueva distribución territorial de Javier de Burgos

Hace ya 184 años desde que, un 30 de noviembre, se formulasen dos Reales Decretos por los que se modificó la distribución del territorio español dándole una nueva formulación basada en el concepto de la provincia. Dicha división se ha mantenido prácticamente inalterada hasta nuestros días a pesar de las críticas a las que se ha visto sometida. A través este trabajo se pretende analizar y presentar los Reales Decretos por los que se dicta dicha distribución y los agentes necesarios para que la Administración fuese efectiva. Analizando también los efectos que se produjeron como respuesta a la nueva división. Efectos en el ámbito judicial, militar o electoral que, asentándose en la provincia cambiaron su composición y funcionamiento anteriores.

184 years ago, on the 30th of November, two Royal Decrees were formulated. The content of this Decree modified the distribution of Spanish territory by giving it a new formulation based on the concept of the province. This division has remained basically unchanged to the present day despite all the criticisms it has been subjected to. Through this work, we intend to analyze and present the Royal Decrees and their content; the new distributions and the creation of the necessary agents for the Administration to be effective. Analyzing the effects that occurred in response to the new division, as well. Effects in the judicial, military or electoral sphere that, being settled in the province, changed their previous composition and functioning.
