Desarrollo de análisis estratégico para la implantación de un colegio de formación profesional en Zimbabue

Este trabajo consiste en el estudio, análisis y determinación del modelo operativo para un futuro centro de formación profesional en una comunidad rural de Zimbabue. Es un proyecto solidario que se llevará a cabo en colaboración entre la ONG Child Future Africa y la Fundación de Ingenieros ICAI. Su principal objetivo es que la escuela sea autosuficiente y sostenible a largo plazo, que genere sus propios ingresos y se adapte lo máximo posible a las necesidades de la población. Para lograrlo, se realizará un estudio previo del contexto que permita identificar las herramientas y métodos que optimicen al máximo el modelo operativo que se quiere implantar.

This work consists of the study, analysis, and determination of the operational model for a future vocational training center in a rural community in Zimbabwe. It is a solidary project that will be developed in collaboration between the NGO Child Future Africa and the ICAI Engineers Foundation. Its main objective is to make the school self-sufficient and sustainable in the long term, generating its own income and adapting as much as possible to the needs of the population. To achieve this, a preliminary study of the context will be conducted to identify the tools and methods that will optimize the operating model to be implemented.
