En este libro se realiza un tratamiento claro, comprensible, lógico y sistemático del Derecho de Obligaciones y Contratos dividido en tres partes: Derecho de Obligaciones, Teoría General del Contrato y Contratos y cuasicontratos, constituyendo una herramienta eficaz para el conocimiento y comprensión de esta materia.
Cada capítulo se abre con un esquema inspirado en las modernas técnicas de los cuadros sinópticos y mapas conceptuales. El texto está redactado de forma ágil y amena con ejemplos allí donde son necesarios y la cita de jurisprudencia es amplia tanto en cantidad, como en extensión. Por último, al final de cada capítulo hay una Bibliografía recomendada que es accesible para cualquier estudioso de la materia.
In this book there is a clear, understandable, logical and systematic treatment of the Law of Obligations and Contracts that is divided into three parts: Law of Obligations, General Theory of Contract and Contracts and Quasi-Contracts, constituting an effective tool for the knowledge and understanding of this matter .
