Cuestiones generales sobre el Derecho de minorías: una visión global

El presente artículo aborda la problemática en relación a diversas casuísticas sobre el germen de la creación del derecho internacional humanitario y el derecho de minorías. En este sentido, tiene un objetivo marcado desde un doble enfoque institucional y desde la perspectiva de los individuos: definir con claridad los principios y cuestiones clave, así como la situación actual, de las minorías en el orden internaciona.

.This present article approaches the problems in relationto some sort of the origins and the creation of international humanitarian law and minorities law. Moreover, this article has a clear target from a double grasp, the first of this is the institutional one and the second is the perspective of individuals: to define straightly the principles and vital issues, among with its current situation of the minorities in the international order
