Blockchain as a Service

Este proyecto trata sobre la Blockchain y tiene como objetivo final de ayudar en el establecimiento de la oferta y de la estrategia comercial de una Start-Up, SkillZ, que esta desarrollando un producto en este sector: Su oferta es un servicio Blockchain as a Service (es decir un servicio B2B que permite a las empresas crear una blockchain de manera casi instantánea). SkillZ esta actualmente levantando fondos, y vendiendo su pitch a fondos de inversión. Mientras el equipo técnico ha desarrollado el código, este trabajo está centrado en temas de organización y estratégicos.
Los objetivos de este proyecto han sido los siguientes:
- Estudio del mercado Blockchain Privada
- Análisis de los datos: Talla y perspectivas de evolución del sector
- Establecimiento de la oferta: Estudio de la competencia
- Análisis de los resultados: Establecimiento de la estrategia comercial de la empresa
- Conclusión: establecimiento de la tasa interna de retorno, definición del precio y del margen.
La manera de funcionar del proyecto ha sido la siguiente. La mayoría de las búsquedas las he hecho en internet. Hice aproximaciones y comparaciones con otros sectores. Todos los martes, Laszlo Szabo (CEO de SkillZ) y yo hablábamos una hora para discutir el trabajo realizado y asegurarnos que nuestros objetivos seguían siendo los mismos. Cada mes aproximadamente voy a sus despachos un día para reunirnos, trabajar juntos y resumir como ha avanzado el proyecto. Así, he sido muy independiente en mi trabajo y una de las partes mas difíciles de este proyecto han sido colectar/”crear” información de esta tecnología ya que es muy joven y por lo tanto no hay muchos análisis disponibles.

This project deals with the Blockchain and has as its final objective to help in the establishment of the offer and the commercial strategy of a Start-Up, SkillZ, which is developing a product in this sector: Its offer is a Blockchain as a Service (a B2B service that allows companies to create a blockchain almost instantaneously). SkillZ is currently raising funds, and showing its pitch to investment funds. While the technical team has developed the code, this work is focused on organizational and strategic issues.
The objectives of this project have been the following:
- Study of the Private Blockchain market
- Analysis of the data: Size and perspectives of evolution of the sector
- Establishment of the offer: Study of the competition
- Analysis of the results: Establishment of the business strategy of the company
- Conclusion: establishment of the internal rate of return, definition of the price and margin.

The way to operate the project has been as follows. Most searches have been made on the internet. I made approximations and comparisons with other sectors. Every Tuesday, Laszlo Szabo (CEO of SkillZ) and I would talk for an hour to discuss the work done and make sure that our goals remained the same. Each month I went to their offices one day to meet, work together and summarize how the project has progressed. Thus, I have been very independent in my work and one of the most difficult parts of this project has been to collect / "create" information on this technology since it is very young and therefore there are not many analyzes available.
