AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE PROCESOS EN LA EMPRESA

El objetivo del proyecto es el desarrollo de una plataforma de RPA (Robotic Process Automation) como servicio para la ejecución automatizada de procesos que permita a los clientes una mayor eficiencia en las operaciones, optimizando recursos de la empresa, incluyendo tanto aspectos funcionales de organización como técnicos de la implementación de la plataforma.

En primer lugar, en lo que respecta a la organización del proyecto, mediante Azure DevOps se ha diseñado y personalizado paneles que han permitido planear el proyecto y administrarlo de manera óptima, consiguiendo coordinar los distintos equipos y distribuir el trabajo de la manera más eficiente posible. Asimismo, esta estructura ofrece la posibilidad de realizar un seguimiento preciso del proyecto de manera sencilla y rápida.

En segundo lugar, se ha desarrollado una plataforma de RPA como servicio para ofrecer a los clientes. Dado que se necesitaba una planificación dinámica que UiPath no es capaz de ofrecer, se ha diseñado y programado una “Planificación” que desencadena el inicio de la ejecución desatendida de forma inmediata.

Por otro lado, se ha diseñado y automatizado un proceso repetitivo, cumpliendo los aspectos requeridos por el cliente, eliminando el trabajo manual que no tiene valor añadido y aumentando la productividad sin necesidad de recursos adicionales.

Por último, tras la combinación de RPA e IA centrada en el proceso de análisis y comprensión inteligente de documentos (en particular, facturas de los clientes), se ha automatizado con RPA la lectura inteligente de todo tipo de facturas.

La automatización de procesos con RPA ya no es una cuestión del futuro, sino una realidad al alcance de las empresas que les permite posicionarse entre los líderes en el mercado. El principal aspecto a destacar de este Trabajo Fin de Máster ha sido la oportunidad brindada de trabajar en una empresa puntera en este sector consiguiendo un resultado excepcional.

The objective of the project is the development of an RPA platform as a service for the automated execution of processes that would offer customers greater efficiency in operations, optimizing company resources, including both functional aspects of organization and technical aspects of the implementation of the platform.

First of all, the organization of the project has been carried out through Azure DevOps, where panels have been designed and customized. The aforementioned panels allow the planning and management of the project optimally, enabling the coordination of the different teams and the distribution of the work in the most efficient way possible. Likewise, this structure will offer the possibility of accurately monitoring the project in a simple and fast way.

Secondly, RPA as-a-service platform has been developed to make it available to customers. Since a dynamic planning, that UiPath cannot provide, was needed, a "Planning" that triggers the start of unattended execution immediately has been designed and programmed.

Furthermore, a repetitive process has been designed and automated, fulfilling the aspects required by the client, eliminating manual work that has no added value and increasing productivity without the need for additional resources.

Finally, after the combination of RPA and AI focused on the process of intelligent analysis and understanding of documents (in particular, customer invoices), the intelligent reading of all types of invoices has been automated with RPA.

The automation of processes with RPA is no longer a vision of the future, but a reality within the reach of companies that allows them to position themselves among the leaders in the market. The main aspect to be highlighted is the opportunity I have been given to work in a leading company in this sector achieving an exceptional result.
