Atribución de bienes en vida por titulo de herencia en el Derecho Civil de Galicia

Los pactos de apartación y mejora son instituciones forales gallegas de reciente aparición. Se introducen con la Ley 4/1995 de 24 de mayo de Derecho Civil de Galicia y se desarrollan con la vigente Ley 2/2006 de 14 de junio.
Desde el primer momento tuvieron muy buena acogida por sus interesantes aportaciones en su ámbito propio, el Derecho Sucesorio, abriendo nuevas posibilidades inexistentes en el Derecho Común. Sin embargo, las sucesivas reformas autonómicas en el Impuesto de Sucesiones aumentando el mínimo exento de tributación y la labor jurisprudencial fijando cuestiones de gran trascendencia práctica, tanto en el orden fiscal como civil, fueron determinantes para alcanzar en la actualidad un muy alto grado de importancia en el Derecho de Sucesiones de la Comunicad Autónoma de Galicia.

The agreements of separation and improvement are Galician foral institutions of recent appearance. They are introduced with Law 4/1995 of 24 May on Civil Law of Galicia and are developed with the current Law 2/2006 of 14 June.
From the very beginning, they were very well received for their interesting contributions in their own field, inheritance law, opening up new possibilities that do not exist in common law. However, successive autonomy reforms in the Inheritance Tax increasing the tax-exempt minimum and the jurisprudential work setting out issues of great practical significance, both in the fiscal and civil order, were decisive in achieving a very high degree of importance in the law of succession of the Autonomous Community of Galicia
