Análisis de Fergus : el aceite de oliva virgen extra de venta en farmacias

En el presente trabajo de investigación académica se procederá a realizar un profundo análisis de la estrategia diferenciadora llevada a cabo por una empresa con gran experiencia en el sector farmacéutico llamada Dispafar S.L. con un nuevo producto propio, el aceite de oliva virgen extra Fergus. En primer lugar, vamos a analizar y a situar la empresa mediante su origen, evolución y expectativas de crecimiento en los próximos años con el objetivo de situar al lector. Posteriormente se realizará un análisis de los entornos genérico y competitivo, ayudándonos de herramientas como el análisis DAFO y las cinco fuerzas de Porter, con el objetivo de entender si el mercado al que se enfrenta Fergus es atractivo en España. A continuación, se analizará el producto Fergus con todas su origen y propiedades, con las que podremos averiguar qué papel podrá tener este aceite dentro del mercado. Además, se realizará una segmentación y un análisis financiero para comprender la viabilidad del negocio. Para concluir, se presentarán los resultados obtenidos del estudio realizado.

In the present work of academic research will proceed to conduct a thorough analysis of the differentiating strategy carried out by a company with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector called Dispafar S.L. with a new product of its own, Fergus extra virgin olive oil. First, we will analyze and situate the company through its origin, evolution and growth expectations in the coming years with the objective of placing the reader. Afterwards, an analysis of the generic and competitive environments will be carried out, using tools such as the SWOT analysis and the five Porter forces, in order to understand if the market that Fergus is facing is attractive in Spain. Next, we will analyze the Fergus product with all its origin and properties, with which we can find out what role this oil may have in the market. In addition, a segmentation and financial analysis will be conducted to understand the viability of the business. To conclude, the results obtained from the study carried out will be presented.
