Validación estructural del conjunto de vigas delanteras de un bogie remolcado

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es comprobar la resistencia estructural a estática y a fatiga de la viga delantera de un bogie remolcado compuesta de perfiles y chapas soldadas de acero y aluminio. Además, se realizará el estudio de la potencial implementación del diseño completo únicamente en aluminio con el fin de aligerar peso del tren. El estudio se realizará mediante el método de los elementos finitos (FEM).

The main objective of this project is to test the static and fatigue structural resistance of the front beam of a towed bogie composed of welded steel and aluminum profiles and plates. In addition, the study of the potential implementation of the complete design only in aluminum will be carried out in order to lighten the weight of the train. The study will be carried out using the finite element method (FEM).
