Trabajo Fin de Máster

Trabajo concerniente a la responsabilidad que derivan de los agentes que han intervenido en el proceso de construcción de un edificio, habida cuenta el plano objetivo y subjetivo en el que juega cada uno de ellos. Asimismo, serán objeto de estudio la actividad que desarrollan al momento de los daños en vistas de poder ejercitar las acciones oportunas de la mano de lo establecido por ley.

Work concerning the responsibility derived from the agents that have intervened in the construction process of a building, taking into account the objective and subjective level in which each one of them plays. Likewise, the activity they carry out at the time of the damage will be the object of study in order to be able to exercise the appropriate actions in accordance with the provisions of the law.
