Relación interpersonal en Pedro Laín Entralgo

El tema central de nuestro recorrido reflexivo es la relación interpersonal. Insistamos
su importancia para la vida humana, sabiendo que la relación con los demás siempre será
problemática, una tarea sin fin que exige el compromiso de acrecentamiento y mejora en
cada momento cotidiano de la convivencia humana. La convivencia caracteriza la existencia
humana, y nuestro autor, dando cuenta de esta verdad, ha analizado críticamente la realidad
del otro y cómo el ser humano puede llegar a alcanzar dicha alteridad respetando la
diferencia. Sin el otro, la sociedad sería impensable, inexistente. Pero, también, sin el otro el
ser humano no se sentiría verdaderamente humano. La propuesta de Laín del encuentro con
el otro es una llamada a responsabilidad ética por el otro. Hoy más que nunca el mundo
necesita esta ética para que cada ser humano pueda ser considerado como persona y prójimo
sin restricción. El argumento de Laín en cuanto a la persona humana es muy optimista y de
hecho rechaza las teorías que describen al ser humano como gobernado por el odio y la
soledad.

The central theme of our reflective journey is the interpersonal relationship. We
emphasize its importance for human life, knowing that the relationship with others will
always be problematic, a task without end that requires commitment to growth and
improvement in each daily moment of human coexistence. Coexistence characterizes human
existence, and our author, realizing this truth, has critically analyzed the reality of the other
and how human beings can reach this otherness while respecting the difference. Without the
other, society would be unthinkable, non-existent. But, also, without the other human being
would not feel truly human. The proposal of Lain's encounter with the other is a call to
ethical responsibility on the other. Today more than ever the world needs this Ethics so that
every human being can be considered as a person and neighbor without restriction. Lain's
argument for the human person is very optimistic and in fact rejects theories that describe the
human being as governed by the hatred and loneliness.
