Proyecto de instalación de estación de servicio para vehículos

El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar la instalación de una estación de servicio para vehículos completamente funcional, viable económicamente, innovadora, original y con bajo impacto medioambiental. En este proyecto se incluirán todos los elementos, cálculos y planos necesarios para poder llevarla a cabo en el ámbito de toda la normativa vigente de manera que este servirá a la hora de solicitar las licencias necesarias para llevar a cabo el proyecto
Este proyecto consta de cuatro documentos: Memoria, Planos, Pliego de Condiciones y Presupuesto. La Memoria contendrá a su vez la Memoria Descriptiva los Cálculos y los diferentes estudios de rentabilidad, seguridad y salud, impacto medioambiental y de alineación con los ODS. En estos se recoge de manera ordenada el diseño de la misma, la distribución, las características técnicas de cada parte, la normativa, la apariencia y los cálculos necesarios para su construcción.
Para que una gasolinera de estas características sea rentable los principales factores a tener en cuenta son la ubicación, el resto de elementos extra que dan lugar a un llamamiento mayor de clientes y la harán más atractiva, por esto se han tenido todos estos factores en cuenta antes de comenzar el proyecto. Se ha realizado un exhaustivo estudio del lugar, se han añadido numerosos elementos y se han incluido unos característicos arcos que le darán identidad a la estación de servicio.
El proyecto destaca por su elevada rentabilidad además de por su característica apariencia y elementos innovadores como son los puntos de recarga de vehículos semi-rápidos, el surtidor de AdBlue, la posibilidad de instalar la red de autoconsumo fotovoltaica o el reciclado de agua en las zonas de lavado de vehículos.

The aim of this project is to develop the installation of a fully functional, economically viable, innovative, original vehicle service station with a low environmental impact. This project will include all the elements, calculations and plans necessary to carry it out within the scope of all current regulations so that it can be used when requesting the necessary licenses to carry out the project.
This project consists of four documents: Memory, Plans, Specifications and Budget. The Report will also contain the Descriptive Report, the Calculations and the different studies on profitability, health and safety, environmental impact and alignment with the SDGs. In these, the design of the station, its distribution, the technical characteristics of each part, the regulations, the appearance and the necessary calculations for its construction are collected in an orderly manner.
For a gas station of these characteristics to be profitable, the main factors to take into account are the location, the extra elements that give rise to a greater appeal of customers and elements that will make it more attractive, for this reason all these factors have been taken into account before starting the project. An exhaustive study of the place has been carried out, numerous elements have been added and two really characteristic arches have been included that will give identity to the service station.
The project stands out for its high profitability as well as for its characteristic appearance and innovative elements such as the semi-fast electric vehicle charging stations, the AdBlue pump, the possibility of installing the photovoltaic self-consumption network or the recycling of water in the areas car wash.
