Plan de negocio: Restauración

Este trabajo de Fin de Grado recoge un estudio sobre los pasos a seguir para la creación un nuevo restaurante en la ciudad de Alicante. El modelo de negocio se caracterizará, principalmente, por ofrecer un producto de gran calidad y crear un ambiente divertido, incorporando música y ocio en el establecimiento una vez finalice la comida o cena.
Para lograr el éxito del proyecto, hemos analizado las distintas fases que cobran especial importancia en la constitución de un nuevo negocio. Tras concretar la visión que queremos proyectar en nuestros clientes potenciales, hemos realizado un benchmark con objetivo de identificar a nuestros competidores. Posteriormente, por medio de la observación, las entrevistas personales y el cuestionario, hemos terminado de concretar algunos aspectos de nuestro proyecto, aproximándonos a la opinión de los consumidores. A su vez, hemos seleccionado la forma jurídica del restaurante y hemos incluido todos los trámites burocráticos necesarios para su constitución. Por último, hemos identificado los impuestos a pagar y los ingresos y gastos iniciales, lo que nos ha permitido conocer el impacto económico que generará nuestro negocio.
Gracias a este estudio, hemos identificado los puntos fuertes de nuestro modelo de negocio y hemos comprobado la idoneidad de nuestra propuesta.

This thesis includes a study on the steps to follow for the creation of a new restaurant in the city of Alicante. The business model will be mainly characterised by offering a high quality product and creating a fun atmosphere, incorporating music and entertainment in the establishment once lunch or dinner is over.
In order to achieve the success of the project, we have analysed the different phases that are particularly important when setting up a new business. After specifying the vision we want to project to our potential customers, we carried out a benchmark in order to identify our competitors. Subsequently, by means of observation, personal interviews and a questionnaire, we have finalised some aspects of our project, approaching the opinion of consumers. In turn, we selected the legal form of the restaurant and included all the bureaucratic procedures necessary for its constitution. Finally, we have identified the taxes to be paid and the initial income and expenses, which has allowed us to know the economic impact that our business will generate.
Thanks to this study, we have identified the strengths of our business model and we have verified the suitability of our proposal.
