Plan de negocio de una start-up innovadora

El cambio climático y la salud son dos grandes preocupaciones en las sociedades de hoy en día, y el sector de la belleza lo está notando. Tanto las organizaciones como los consumidores deben adoptar cambios en su manera de producir y consumir hacia un modelo más sostenible, responsable y justo con el entorno natural y social.

Ante estas inquietudes crecientes, WeEco surge como una oportunidad de negocio haciendo frente a vacíos existentes en el mercado en cuanto a la huella de carbono que implica la producción y fabricación de los productos cosméticos hasta su comercialización en punto de venta y el impacto en la salud de la composición química de los mismos.

Con el propósito de generar impacto positivo en la sociedad y con el apoyo de Comillas Emprende, se realiza este Trabajo Fin de Grado basado en la startup WeEco, desarrollada por un equipo de cinco estudiantes de ADE y Relaciones Internacionales de ICADE . El proyecto se compone de siete capítulos interrelacionados que buscan explicar y detallar la viabilidad y la manera en que la que la idea de negocio aporta valor tanto a los clientes como a la sociedad. Para ello, nos apoyaremos en el famoso Business Model Canvas y profundizaremos en la estrategia de marketing y comunicación

Climate change and health are two major concerns in today's societies, and the beauty sector is taking notice. Both organizations and consumers must adopt changes in the way they produce and consume towards a more sustainable, responsible and fairer model regarding the natural and social environment.

In response to these growing demands, WeEco emerges as a business opportunity to address existing gaps in the market in terms of the carbon footprint involved in the production and manufacture of cosmetic products up to their commercialization at the point of sale and the impact on health of their chemical composition.

For the purpose of generating a positive impact on society and through the support of Comillas Emprende, this Final Degree Project is based on the startup WeEco, developed by a team of five students of Business Administration and International Relations at ICADE. The project consists of seven interrelated chapters that seek to explain and detail the viability and the way in which the business idea provides value to both customers and society. To this end, we will rely on the famous Business Model Canvas and dive into the marketing and communication strategy.
