La reforma constitucional que España necesita

A lo largo del siguiente trabajo se tratará la problemática constitucional que presenta la actual configuración del Estado español. El estudio comenzará con una breve introducción a la teoría del Estado moderno, que continuará con un análisis de algunos órganos constitucionales que podrían vulnerar el principio de división de poderes y se tratara su posible modificación. Seguidamente se estudiará con cierta profundidad la Organización Territorial del Estado y su problemática, y se hará un análisis de las posibles soluciones a tal problemática. También se abordará el sistema electoral vigente, a cuya problemática se propondrán posibles soluciones, y se concluirá con un análisis de los cauces legales para hacer efectivas las reformas propuestas

The constitutional problems arising from the current organization of the Spanish State will be analysed throughout the following paper. The investigation will begin with an approach to the Theory of the Modern State that will be followed by the analysis of some Institutions that might infringe the separation of powers principle and its possible modification will be studied as well. The paper will continue with the study of The Territorial Organization of the Spanish State, its related issues, and its possible solutions. The Electoral System will be also studied, together with its main problems, and the research will conclude with an analysis of the legal mechanisms available to carry out the aforementioned restructurings.
