Informe enfocado a analizar las diferentes cuestiones y consultas planteadas dentro del contexto de la sociedad beneficiaria del informe. El estudio pormenorizado de las materias que se analizan permitirá conocer cuáles son las mejores alternativas a la hora de tomar decisiones, con los procedimientos idóneos para su resolución, y los medios de actuación más apropiados dados los conflictos que existen en el seno de la sociedad. En la realización de este trabajo se ha recurrido a la normativa del ordenamiento jurídico español, a la jurisprudencia más reciente y a los sectores doctrinales mayoritarios.

Report focused on analyzing the different issues and queries raised within the context of the company benefiting from the report. The detailed study of the matters analyzed will make it possible to know the best alternatives when making decisions, with the ideal procedures for their resolution, and the most appropriate means of action given the conflicts that exist within the company. In the realization of this work we have resorted to the Spanish legal system regulations, to the most recent jurisprudence and to the majority doctrinal sectors.
