Formar para evitar la estigmatización de la enfermedad mental

Este trabajo se ha realizado con la idea de en un futuro poder llevarlo a cabo y así poco a
poco hacer que disminuya el grado de estigma en Salud Mental.
Consiste en un proyecto educativo para alumnos con una media de edad de 16 años.
El objetivo que persigue es aumentar los conocimientos sobre Salud Mental de los alumnos
de la muestra y así disminuir el grado de estigma, porque se ha comprobado que a menor
edad, menores conocimientos sobre Salud Mental y por tanto, mayor grado de Estigma.

This work has been done with the intention of carrying out in the future and gradually to
decrease the level of stigma in Mental Health.
It consists of an educational project for students with an average age of 16 years old.
The target is to increase knowledge on mental health of students in the sample and, in this
way, reduce the degree of stigma, because it has been proven that at a younger age, the
knowledge of Mental Health is lower.
